Senior Implementation Consultant

📋 Description

• Own the largest and most complex client implementations independently — driving success across
• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients on organizational change, training strategy, and platform
• Design and implement standardized methodologies, templates, and playbooks that improve delivery
• Lead cross-functional workstreams with Product, Engineering, and Solutions Consulting to solve
• Serve as an escalation point for high-risk or high-impact projects — diagnosing root causes
• Identify and own key performance metrics for implementation health; use data to drive decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in SaaS implementation, professional services, or enterprise project
• Deep expertise in enterprise implementation strategy, change management, and organizational
• A strong track record of designing processes or frameworks that measurably improved delivery speed
• The ability to influence senior client stakeholders and navigate complex, politically sensitive
• Deep familiarity with construction finance and lending workflows — draw management, lien waivers
• Experience with enterprise software implementation methodologies and comfort adapting your approach
