Senior Implementation Consultant

📋 Description

• Own the customized implementation for Wealthbox's largest advisory firms, from kickoff through
• Meet with customer stakeholders to understand their organizational structure, team dynamics, and
• Guide clients through setup requirements and implement their processes within Wealthbox, including
• Recommend process changes and guide teams through adopting new ways of working.
• Run screen shares that get teams genuinely using the product, including AI Assistant, AI Notetaker
• Provide education to the firm’s full user base through role-based education sessions, live demos

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years in implementation, onboarding, customer success, consulting, or product education, in
• Experience implementing solutions for enterprise or complex B2B customers.
• The ability to learn complex software quickly and teach it plainly to non-technical users.
• Strong organization and follow-through across multiple concurrent implementations.
• Comfort setting honest expectations, including when a request needs a product change or more
• Financial services or wealth management experience is a plus.
