Senior Implementation Consultant

📋 Description

• Lead mid-market and enterprise customers through successful implementations and launches
• Ensure customers track against optimal timelines and achieve time to first value
• Drive Greenhouse value through implementation and roadblock navigation
• Own system design, product training, configuration, and rollout strategies
• Advocate for client needs with Greenhouse internal teams (support, product, engineering, sales)
• Partner with internal teams for data migration, integrations, and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Customer-facing experience with global entities and multiple stakeholders
• 2+ years with Enterprise customers (1,000+ employees)
• Background delivering complex software implementations and/or technical projects
• Ability to break down terminology and concepts for various audiences
• Experience communicating with leadership-level customer personas
• Advanced understanding of Greenhouse Recruiting, a plus
