Senior Implementation Consultant - Marketing & Medical Software (Remote)

📋 Description

• Own delivery for implementation projects in project manager, functional analyst, solution
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to drive the optimization and harmonization of
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders across enterprise and
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams and implementation partners
• Contribute to internal initiatives to continuously improve service quality and delivery frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in technology implementation projects in one of the following roles: Project
• Hands-on experience and confidence with Veeva PromoMats, Veeva Vault Platform, or Salesforce.com
• Experience working with a Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health or Medical Device organization
• Strong consulting background with proven ability to architect, drive best practices, and manage
• Strong and effective communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment across multiple assignments
