📋 Description

• Serve as a technical and functional subject matter expert during implementation status meetings and
• Manage client expectations by anticipating challenges, communicating project status clearly, and
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers while ensuring a positive and
• Advise clients on benefits administration best practices and recommend system or process
• Manage multiple implementation workstreams, including system configuration, testing, auditing
• Monitor project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and deadlines to ensure implementations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related
• 5+ years of experience in client relationship management, consulting, implementation, or a closely
• Current or previous experience working with benefits administration platforms, implementation
• Proven experience managing complex client implementations and multiple concurrent projects.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers.
• Experience with benefits administration platforms or HR technology solutions is highly valuable.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary of $80,000–$100,000 USD, exclusive of potential bonuses and benefits.
