📋 Description

• Lead technical implementations for nonprofit customers, managing timelines and go-live.
• Serve as primary technical contact during onboarding, solving problems and building trust.
• Travel 30%+ onsite with nonprofit customers and partners.
• Improve onboarding workflows to reduce time-to-value.
• Collaborate with engineers to build internal tools and automations.
• Build internal playbooks, templates, and assets for faster onboarding.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical onboarding, solutions engineering, or implementations.
• Strong project management; juggle multiple launches and tight timelines.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, or data pipelines; troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Product-minded; eager to improve products, not just deliver.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or nonprofit sector is a plus.
