📋 Description

• You will activate customer data to drive an end-to-end CRM strategy across channels (email/push/in-app).
• Refine multi-channel communications and retention strategies with CRM best practices.
• Support the CRM Manager to define customer lifecycle, contact tactics, and segmentation.
• Ensure campaigns have clear metrics; own weekly/monthly reporting and analytics.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years in digital marketing and CRM (mobile & web).
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with ESPs (Mailchimp, Sendgrid).
• Proficient in HTML.
• Strong copywriting and CRM flows optimization.
• Data-driven with marketing insights; experience with A/B testing.
• Fluent in English.
