📋 Description

• Lead kickoff calls to identify initial containment actions.
• Guide customers on best practices following an incident.
• Lead daily update calls and deliver concise email updates.
• Direct forensic investigations, prioritize tasks, and delegate to analysts.
• Conduct multiple Rapid Response incidents concurrently.
• Produce executive summaries mapped to MITRE ATT&CK.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading ransomware incident response investigations
• Experience leading BEC investigations
• Strong understanding of the Incident Response process
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to manage time and priorities across multiple incidents
• Mentoring junior analysts
