Senior Infrastructure Engineer

📋 Description

• Design rack layout and network topology for colocation
• Build isolated OOB management network with security hardening
• Coordinate with colocation vendors for servers, switches, cross-connects
• Build bare-metal automation for zero-touch OS provisioning (MAAS/Tinkerbell/Cluster API)
• Deploy and operate self-hosted Kubernetes; maintain Cilium and ArgoCD
• Own cluster lifecycle: upgrades, scaling, maintenance, incidents

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data center / infrastructure / platform engineering
• Hands-on experience building physical infrastructure from scratch
• Practical experience designing and operating OOB management networks
• Stood up production-grade self-hosted Kubernetes from scratch and debug cluster-level issues
• Strong Linux systems administration and performance tuning
• Bare-metal automation experience with MAAS, Tinkerbell, Cluster API
