Senior Insurance Product Manager, Car

📋 Description

• Own the strategy and roadmap for key areas of Lemonade Car, setting priorities that drive
• Build, lead, and coach a high-performing team of insurance product managers and analysts — setting
• Lead your team through the shift to AI-first ways of working, championing adoption, redesigning
• Design and continuously improve the processes that move product changes from concept through
• Advance our countrywide Car strategy through rating plan enhancements, coverage improvements, and
• Align Insurance, Engineering, Data, and Product around shared priorities — surfacing trade-offs

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of P&C experience, with a minimum of 6 years in personal lines car insurance state or
• 1+ year direct management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, with a knack for identifying trends and
• Strategic thinker with an ownership mentality, willing to challenge the status quo and propose
• Superior organizational and project management capabilities, comfortable managing multiple complex
