Assemble, test, and install flight hardware components to high quality
Collaborate with production, integration, and quality teams to document operations
Focus on assembly, install, and testing of Terran R flight hardware
Develop and optimize production tooling and factory layouts
Translate engineering requirements into operations
Work a baseline 50-hour week with occasional overtime

🎯 Requirements

4+ years aerospace mechanical experience or related field
FAA Airframe and Power Plant license
Experience with fastener/torque applications and secondary retention
Testing, avionics familiarity, and bonding operations
Proficiency with hand and pneumatic tools; calibrated measuring devices
Familiar with propulsion systems and components
