🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years aerospace mechanical experience.
  • FAA A&P license (preferred).
  • Experience with fastener/torque, secondary retention, testing, bonding, avionics.
  • Ability to read assembly drawings/blueprints and use calibrated tools.
  • Must be able to climb ladders and work in tight spaces.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with engineering and production.
