Senior Intelligence Analyst

📋 Description

• Own TRM's blockchain intelligence for a priority coverage area, turning on-chain tracing, OSINT
• Build end-to-end AI capability that processes a wide variety of intel signals and augments target
• Trace funds across chains and through obfuscation, and correlate on-chain activity with OSINT
• Drive attribution and leads that improve delivery in Mission (scam/fraud), Counter Narcotics
• Set ambitious, industry-leading targets for your coverage area and raise the bar on tradecraft.
• Build reusable AI pipelines and methods the broader Intelligence team adopts.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 8+ years in blockchain intelligence, crypto investigations, threat intelligence, or
• Strong OSINT and off-chain investigative tradecraft: you connect on-chain activity to real-world
• Domain expertise in professional money laundering organizations, illicit gambling networks, and
• Mandarin Chinese fluency is a strong plus.
• Production AI fluency: you build end-to-end pipelines that process diverse intel signals and
• A track record of independently running complex investigations and producing clear, source-cited
