📋 Description

• Own key internal communications for North America end-to-end, serving as the strategic comms lead
• Lead high-profile, company-wide initiatives that reach every Adyen employee globally.
• Help shape and scale Adyen's global internal communications strategy.
• Create content and experiences that bring priorities to life through events, comms campaigns
• Put the right processes, tools, and channels in place to drive dialogue and engagement.
• Use data and feedback to understand what's working and continuously improve.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in internal communications, ideally in a high-growth environment.
• Owned a region or comparable scope and led company-wide projects; can point to something global
• Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal English skills, talent for storytelling, and
• Self-starter who takes ownership without close oversight, communicates proactively in writing
• Happy to flex hours for European overlap and travel occasionally.

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary range: $195,000 - $260,000 for this role.
