Prepare month-end journal entries such as domestic/international freight, material allowances
Prepare month-end account reconciliations
Provide insightful inventory and COGS variance analyses, analyzing forecast and prior year trends
Research and resolve all stock ledger and inventory discrepancies by coordinating with IT
Perform quarterly audits of e-comm orders in local stores
Assist in the reconciliation and reporting of the semi-annual physical inventory for the stores

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of inventory or cost accounting experience (retail or wholesale industry experience
Solid understanding of GAAP and internal controls for related areas
Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems (Oracle Fusion preferred)
Working knowledge of stock ledger and reconciling to GL (Oracle Retail Management experience a plus)
Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets; AI experience a plus
