Senior IT Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Drive continuous improvement of ALM processes and tools
• Provide ALM and AI services across business units
• Implement change requests hands-on
• Provide support and training to end users
• Own ALM and AI activities end to end in a fully Cloud-based environment
• Drive AI adoption org-wide as a power user and administrator

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of ALM work processes and tools in large software organizations, Cloud-first /
• Broad, hands-on experience administering Atlassian Cloud — Jira Software, Confluence, Structure
• Experience integrating Atlassian Cloud tools with third-party systems, including MCP (Model Context
• Hands-on experience with Claude (primary tool) and familiarity with other AI coding assistants
• Understanding of AI governance, data privacy, and security considerations in enterprise SaaS/AI
• Experience with Atlassian Cloud site/org administration: permission schemes, security policies, app
