🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in IT desktop support or similar role.
• Proven macOS and Google Workspace support expertise.
• Strong proficiency with Kandji, Intune, and Jira Service Management.
• Biotech lab IT environments knowledge.
• HIPAA security knowledge.
