Senior IT Engineer

📋 Description

• Manage endpoints across macOS, Windows, ChromeOS, and VDI for performance.
• Administer enterprise browser policy, extensions, and secure defaults.
• Build and maintain no-code/low-code automation (Tines Okta) to automate tasks.
• Use infrastructure as code to standardize provisioning and configuration.
• Own Ro's cloud-hosted VDI environment and underlying servers.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and Risk Management to protect Ro's assets.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years IT Engineering experience designing and maintaining scalable systems.
• Excellent understanding of endpoint management across platforms (MDM, BYOD, MAM).
• Fluency with scripting and APIs via Bash, Python, or low-code tools.
• Experience packaging and deploying software idempotently.
• Proficiency with AI coding assistants and agentic tooling for integrations.
• Experience provisioning workloads on AWS, Azure, or GCP with Terraform.
