📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional discovery sessions to define tech requirements.
• Architect Zendesk stack for multi-brand env; optimize AI-driven bots.
• Design automated JML workflows and provisioning triggers.
• Design and deploy complex Zendesk workflows with triggers and automations.
• Build integrations between Zendesk and Slack, Okta, Google Workspace.
• Enforce security policies for HIPAA, SOC2, and SOX compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years IT engineering in large-scale enterprise envs.
• 3+ years Zendesk admin and architecture.
• IAm integration experience with Zendesk, Okta, IIQ, or similar.
• Scripting in Python or Bash for reporting, API interactions, and advanced workflows.
• Proven project leadership and stakeholder consulting.
