📋 Description

• Act as the primary architect and administrator for our core enterprise platforms: Atlassian suite
• Lead the technical strategy for enterprise-wide SaaS adoption and optimization.
• Drive the roadmap for enabling AI-native capabilities across our ecosystem (e.g., Slack AI
• Administer, configure, and troubleshoot a diverse catalog of 30+ SaaS platforms.
• Use SaaS Management Platforms (SMPs) to maintain visibility, optimize licenses, and ensure system

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional IT systems experience in a fast-paced environment supporting a
• Extensive, hands-on experience with the administration and architecture of Okta, Jira, Confluence
• Ideal candidates will have experience using SaaS Management Platforms (e.g., Productiv, Lumos
• Demonstrated interest or experience in using AI tools to increase engineering velocity and automate
• Proficiency in Okta is a significant plus to support IGA (identity governance and administration)
• Experience supporting infrastructure and automation teams without needing to own those specific
