Senior IT Engineer (Onsite)

📋 Description

• Serve as the technical owner and lead administrator for Axon’s Google Workspace / Google Enterprise
• Lead strategic Google Workspace initiatives, including tool integrations, new feature rollouts
• Manage Google Workspace administration across Drive governance, Gmail administration, DLP policy
• Act as the internal subject matter expert for Google Workspace integrations, including Okta SSO
• Own escalated support for complex Google Workspace, collaboration, identity, endpoint, and SaaS
• Identify opportunities to improve IT Engineering systems and processes through automation, workflow

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of administrative experience with Google Enterprise / Google Workspace and adjacent
• Proven experience managing Google Workspace at scale, including Drive governance, Gmail
• Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, including SAML, OAuth, SCIM, RBAC
• Hands-on experience with Okta, including SSO integrations and workflow automation.
• Experience managing endpoint fleets through Jamf, Intune, Tanium, or equivalent MDM / endpoint
• Proficiency with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar scripting languages for task automation.
