Senior IT Engineer, SaaS Applications

📋 Description

• Administer and improve SaaS platforms for productivity, collaboration, identity, and employee access
• Configure SaaS applications for enterprise use and connect them to Okta using SAML and SCIM
• Troubleshoot provisioning and authentication issues, manage roles and licensing, support employee
• Partner with Identity Access Management team on joiner, mover, leaver workflows and
• Apply role-based access control and least privilege principles, participate in access reviews, and
• Write scripts (Python, PowerShell, Bash, JavaScript) and use REST APIs and webhooks to automate

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Corporate IT, IT Engineering, Systems Administration
• Experience supporting a distributed organization of at least 1,000+ users
• Hands-on experience administering Okta or comparable identity provider including SSO, MFA
• Experience integrating SaaS applications with Okta using SAML 2.0, OIDC, and SCIM
• Understanding of federation concepts such as attribute mappings, group assignments, claims
• Strong administrator experience with Google Workspace including users, groups, organizational
