Senior IT ERP Analyst, OTC

📋 Description

• Act as functional lead for SAP S/4HANA OTC: orders, pricing, delivery, billing.
• Collaborate with business users/IT to gather requirements and integrations (IDocs, API).
• Design/configure SAP OTC; translate requirements into WRICEF specs; support go-live.
• Drive SAP integrations with external systems (IDoc/EDI/middleware); monitor interfaces.
• Post go-live support: troubleshoot, root-cause analysis, corrective actions.
• Coordinate with master data, supply chain and logistics for OTC data governance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IS, CS, Business Admin, or related.
• 6-8 years SAP OTC/SD functional experience; recent SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with full SAP implementations (S/4HANA) and sustainment.
• Experience integrating SAP with external systems (IDocs, middleware, EDI, APIs).
• Expert SAP SD/OTC configuration: orders, pricing, deliveries, billing.
• Strong data integration concepts and middleware tools (SAP CPI or equivalents).
