Senior IT Helpdesk Technician

📋 Description

• Lead the diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex end-user technology issues across
• Provide advanced technical support through telephone, email, chat, remote support tools, and
• Oversee the setup, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of employee devices, ensuring
• Manage laptop and desktop imaging and re-imaging processes to support secure, efficient device
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft 365, Microsoft
• Monitor helpdesk tickets and work orders, maintain accurate documentation, track incident status

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or at least six years of progressive experience in
• Six or more years of relevant corporate IT support experience, preferably in a fast-growing SaaS or
• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Windows and macOS, including advanced troubleshooting and
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, routing, and
• Hands-on experience with enterprise IT tools and platforms for service management, endpoint
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar technologies.
