Senior IT Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Support a hybrid macOS/Windows environment with ticketing and troubleshooting
• Deliver white-glove advisor service in person, via video, and through channels
• Migrate advisor emails/files to Google Workspace; DNS cutovers (SPF/DKIM/DMARC)
• Manage DNS across providers (Cloudflare/GoDaddy/Google Cloud DNS) and email records
• Own provisioning/deprovisioning: accounts, endpoints, MDM enrollment, access
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, People Ops for seamless experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on IT support with onboarding/offboarding and device management
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace administration and MDM solutions
• DNS fundamentals: MX/TXT/CNAME/A; SPF/DKIM/DMARC; registrar management
• Exceptional customer service and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication; articulate issues and timelines to technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven track record of building and documenting IT processes and procedures
