Establish and manage project schedules and WBS to meet objectives
Create/drive project plans to optimize cross-functional resources
Coordinate activities of sub-teams
Manage day-to-day project scope, schedule, resources, and budget
Document and communicate status, issues, and risks to team and senior management
Act as first escalation point for the project team

🎯 Requirements

Excellent PM, organization, and team collaboration
Experience leading IT software projects with teams >5
Experience applying/improving PM methodology
Understanding of SDLC: Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall
Track record delivering projects on-time, in-scope, within budget
Strong verbal/written communication, facilitation, leadership
