Senior IT & Security Operations Engineer

📋 Description

• Administer, configure, and maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM) and device management solutions
• Manage and configure security settings within AWS systems and Cloudflare environments.
• Configure, manage, and maintain office networking hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and
• Manage, configure, and monitor SIEM and other threat detection systems.
• Document security events, track incidents, and maintain thorough security and compliance logs.
• Implement security policies and infrastructure improvements as technical implementer.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–10 years of experience in IT Systems Administration, Network Operations, or IT Support with a
• Hands-on experience with MDM, identity/SSO providers (e.g., Okta, Microsoft Intune, Google
• Solid understanding of network engineering, hardware configuration, and VPN management.
• Foundational experience or strong familiarity with managing cloud security configurations on any
• Exposure to or experience with SIEM and threat detection platforms.
• Excellent written skills for documenting security incidents, network diagrams, and IT procedures.
