  • Primary onsite IT support lead for the SF office.
  • Deploy and maintain hardware during projects and changes.
  • Provide in-person IT support for SF employees; main on-site contact.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and incident management.
  • Lead RCA and post-incident improvements.
  • Develop knowledge base and mentor junior staff.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years Mac and PC technical support
  • 5+ years in a SaaS-based environment (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Miro, Atlassian, Zoom)
  • 4+ years coordinating with stakeholders for onsite exec/IC support
  • Deep understanding of networking, hardware, and operating systems
  • Experience configuring/troubleshooting Mac and Windows devices
  • Experience with MDM (Intune)
