Senior IT Systems Administrator

📋 Description

• Own and drive long-term IT infra projects from scoping to delivery
• Plan network upgrades, cloud migrations, security hardening
• Develop technical roadmaps aligned with business goals
• Design and improve automated provisioning and tooling pipelines
• Evaluate new tech, run PoCs, and make recommendations
• Plan capacity, budget, and resourcing; report to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years in IT Systems Administration/infrastructure
• Advanced Office 365 and Google Workspace; IAM with Azure AD/Okta
• Networking and security: VLANs, firewalls, routing; Cisco Meraki preferred
• Scripting: Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Go for automation
• Onboarding/offboarding, backups, patching, monitoring
• Incident response and documentation; SOX/compliance evidence
