Senior IT Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and maintain Midnite's SaaS infrastructure (Google Workspace, M365, Slack, n8n, Iru, Notion)
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support for our corporate IT infrastructure
• Support the global onboarding and offboarding of staff
• Author and maintain internal documentation, policies and end user help articles
• Automate processes and workflows within IT and across Midnite
• Act as a trusted partner to support the secure adoption of AI and AI enabled workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting end users across macOS and Windows devices
• Experience supporting remote teammates and remote offices
• Expert understanding of modern MDM/UEM platforms and zero touch deployments
• Can package and deliver custom software and scripts via MDM platforms
• Hands on experience supporting and implementing workflow automation tools
• Proven experience managing hybrid Google Workspace and M365 environments
