Senior IT Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Own systems, not tickets – take a domain (identity, endpoint, or core SaaS platforms) and be
• Lead projects end to end: scope, design, plan rollout and rollback, communicate change, and land
• Turn ambiguous business needs into clear problem statements and scalable systems.
• Set the technical bar: clean configuration, least-privilege access, automation over manual toil
• Define success metrics before building, then prove results with data (tickets deflected
• Mentor engineers earlier in their careers and review others’ work.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years hands-on experience as systems engineer or systems administrator owning enterprise systems
• Ability to define problem statements, drive alignment, and deliver with minimal direction.
• Deep working knowledge of enterprise device management, identity and access management, and
• Deployed and managed macOS/iOS devices at scale via MDM (Jamf preferred); Windows management
• Administered core SaaS platforms: Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, Zoom.
• Hands-on IdP configuration: SSO (SAML/OIDC), SCIM provisioning, group/role design; Okta or Entra ID
