Senior IT Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Improve our identity and access services, with Okta at the core. This includes single sign-on
• Lead the administration and improvement of our Google Workspace environment, including users
• Help lead the rollout and ongoing development of JumpCloud and our device management practices
• Design and improve onboarding, role changes, and offboarding across identity, devices, and SaaS
• Assess our current systems, identify gaps, and turn findings into practical improvements.
• Administer our core internal tools and help evaluate new applications.

🎯 Requirements

• Broad IT engineering experience across identity, collaboration tools, endpoint management, and SaaS
• Depth in at least one of Okta, Google Workspace, or JumpCloud.
• Experience deploying or significantly improving an MDM or endpoint management platform.
• Automation and scripting using workflow tools, APIs, webhooks, and Python or comparable scripting
• Track record of improvement with clear results.
• Proactive judgment and ownership.
