📋 Description

• Act as a senior technical expert within the IT support team
• Resolve the most complex user issues

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive IT support or technical services experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Okta, Jamf, Intune & Networking experience
• Strong Windows/macOS administration and Office 365 expertise
• Experience with automation tools and scripting
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills
