L3 support for banking apps; troubleshoot and resolve issues in prod and non-prod.
Collaborate with dev teams to optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Address incidents; perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
Develop, test, and deploy Java app enhancements, fixes, and features.
Ensure stability and reliability through careful design and testing.
Lead and mentor junior developers; coordinate with QA/DevOps.

🎯 Requirements

L3 application support + development experience (4–10 years).
Strong coding, debugging & communication skills.
Strong understanding of Java and OOP concepts.
Unix/Linux experience.
Understanding of SQL/Databases.
Banking domain experience is a plus.
