Senior Java Developer (VP) - Market Data

📋 Description

• Design and develop enterprise-grade, server-side Java apps for market data/trading
• Provide technical leadership across architecture, design, and implementation
• Mentor developers via code reviews and best practices
• Partner with traders, quantitative analysts, and product teams
• Develop architecture, designs, and implementation concepts
• Drive SDLC standards, testing, release readiness, and resilience

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Finance, or Quantitative Finance
• 10–15 years of software development, financial services preferred
• Core Java (JDK 11/17), Spring, Spring Boot expertise
• Experience with Apache Camel, REST APIs, JMS/ActiveMQ
• Strong DB/architecture experience (MS SQL Server or Sybase)
• Proven technical delivery, mentoring, stakeholder communication
