• Manage and grow relationships with key retailers (headquarter buy-in, influencers, division
• Build strong customer HQ relationships and drive profitable growth.
• Own central region HQ call point actions, focusing on hunting (20%) and farming (80%) for existing
• Strengthen customer relationships at super regional accounts (e.g., Meijer, HEB, HyVee, Spartan
• Responsible for new account penetration, account management, and overall account performance
• Align company strategies with retailer goals to foster mutual growth and long-term partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 4+ years of relatable Key Account experience calling on HQ buyers in large format, with specific
• Deep comfort with joining a high-growth startup environment, including advanced problem-solving
• Advanced presentation skills (creating slides and presenting).
• Deep experience in JBP processes and HQ call relationships required.
• Previous retailer P&L management and trade budget/spend required.
