Senior Launch Operations Technician

📋 Description

• The Senior Operations Technician is a highly experienced hands-on contributor responsible for executing complex vehicle integration and pre-launch operations on flight hardware. This role supports system-level assembly, checkout, rework, and troubleshooting across structures, fluids, and avionics systems for Stage 1, Stage 2, and payload integration activities.
• Provide floor leadership and mentor technicians; partner with Engineering, Launch Ops, and Quality to ensure vehicle readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of aerospace mechanical experience or related technical field.
• Experience in fast-paced production handling flight hardware and critical operations.
• Broad technical skill set including:
  • Fastener installation and torque applications
  • Secondary retention methods
  • Mechanical and systems testing
  • Avionics familiarity
• Ordnance experience (nice to have).
• Must clear a US government background check for on-site work at our government partner location in Cape Canaveral, Florida.
