Senior/Lead Product Manager

📋 Description

• Drive roadmap and execution for AI-first products.
• Build and ship AI-first products guiding claims decisions.
• Partner with carriers to uncover problems and test concepts.
• Validate concepts with customers and iterate quickly.
• Write code and prototype with engineers using AI coding tools.
• Define value propositions and kill criteria for work.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years PM in enterprise software or high-production SaaS.
• At least one 0-to-1 product build.
• Deep experience in a complex, regulated vertical.
• Demonstrated AI-driven product shipping experience.
• Track record with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and action-oriented; GTM collaboration.
