Senior Lead Product Strategy (x/f/m)

📋 Description

• Develop and implement Go-to-Market strategies for Doctolib's product and feature launches
• Improve product-market fit and shape the product roadmap as voice of users
• Ensure understanding of user signals along customer journey to improve value delivery, usage
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify strategic opportunities
• Define product positioning and messaging for the German market
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, customer success, and product & tech teams

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of professional experience, ideally as manager in product marketing or
• Pronounced structured and analytical thinking and working style
• Experience working closely with tech and product teams
• Ability to set priorities, allocate resources sensibly, and lead projects in structured manner
• Experience managing senior stakeholders (VP, MD, Executive Committee)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
