📋 Description

• Own end-to-end recruitment for priority and mission-critical roles across European markets.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through direct sourcing, market mapping, referrals, targeted

• Proven track record in proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and building high-quality candidate
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to advise, influence, and challenge
• Experience using structured, evidence-based interviewing and candidate assessment methodologies.
• Strong candidate management, negotiation, and closing skills.
