Senior Lead, Software Engineering Specialist Workday Benefits

📋 Description

• Lead the functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday Benefits solutions
• Translate business needs into scalable, sustainable, and supportable Workday configurations
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Workday Benefits, advising stakeholders on functional
• Partner with HR, Payroll, integration teams, and downstream system owners to ensure accurate data
• Evaluate the impact of proposed changes across related functional areas, including Time, Absence
• Support production Workday environments by troubleshooting issues, implementing configuration

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience, with deep expertise in the Benefits
• Demonstrated ability to independently design and deliver Workday configuration solutions from
• Strong understanding of employee benefits and payroll-related business processes, including
• Experience supporting live Workday production environments, including troubleshooting
• Experience supporting global or multi-country Workday deployments and navigating varied business
• Familiarity with Workday business process frameworks, security considerations, and reporting
