• Own the rollout of infrastructure initiatives across engineering
• Manage a high volume of concurrent infrastructure programs
• Hold teams accountable and escalate when needed
• Maintain continuous program health reporting
• Partner with infrastructure leadership on planning and prioritization
• Define frameworks, templates, and coordination models

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management within a fast-paced product engineering
• Technical fluency in infrastructure, SRE, or platform engineering
• Experience driving large-scale infrastructure rollouts across multiple engineering teams
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, FinOps, security operations, and software migrations
• Demonstrated track record of managing competing priorities and deliverables without direct authority
• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Base salary range for US locations: $192,000 - $288,000 USD
