📋 Description

• Own CWU leadership development portfolio end-to-end from framing to evaluation.
• Design and scale Management Essentials for frontline managers.
• Create Leadership Essentials for director-level and above.
• Develop scalable learning frameworks and resources beyond formal programs.
• Build stakeholder partnerships across functions with key leaders.
• Define and measure leadership development impact using data.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years in leadership and management development or organizational learning.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise leadership programs for frontline and senior leaders.
• Experience in high-growth tech environments; comfortable with ambiguity and change.
• Track record influencing VP-level and above with credibility.
• Experience building programs from scratch, not just running curricula.
• Deep expertise in leadership development theory, adult learning, behavior change, evaluation.
