• Translate HLDs and clinical source material into cohesive learning modules — slide decks
• Build content as skill-aligned modules, not standalone weekly decks, so assets can be reused
• Create professional, visually clear content that presents complex clinical concepts in a digestible
• Write comprehensive facilitator guides with talk tracks, timing cues, and transition notes to
• Embed clear instructions to help facilitators manage group dynamics and lead effective discussions
• Structure content to maximize participation - interactive discussion and peer-to-peer learning over

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field
• Working knowledge of instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning
• AI-native workflow: daily, fluent use of AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) for first-draft
• Comfort working directly in a CMS (e.g., Contentful) to structure, link, and publish content, not
• Strong proficiency in Google Slides/PowerPoint plus document tooling, with the ability to build
• Basic data literacy: ability to read engagement and satisfaction data (e.g., in Hex or similar
