📋 Description

• Assist in coordinating end-to-end performance review processes
• Partner with managers and employees to guide best practices for goal writing and ensure
• Work alongside HR Business Partners and line managers to identify performance trends, capability
• Support preparation, logistics, and data compilation for talent review and calibration sessions
• Maintain tracking lists for high-potential employees, talent matrices, and succession planning
• Track development plans and actionable outcomes from talent review discussions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a
• 4-7 years of experience in Human Resources as an HRBP, HR Generalist, or L&D Specialist
• Foundational understanding of performance review frameworks, goal-setting methodologies, and talent
• Strong public speaking and communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Comfort working with HRIS or Performance Management platforms
