📋 Description

• Support the design, implementation, configuration, testing, and launch of a new Learning Experience
• Optimize learning content discoverability through platform configuration, audience segmentation
• Leverage HTML, CSS, and code snippets to maintain platform front-end customizations and enhance
• Partner with external vendors and NIQ technology, platform, & UX teams to implement
• Partner with NIQ AI & Technology teams to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to
• Maintain and collect priorities for the learning technology product roadmap, translating learner

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Learning Technology, Information Systems
• 5-7+ years of experience in learning, customer education, enablement, or learning technology within
• 3+ years experience administering or configuring learning platforms (LMSs/LXPs).
• Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions and
• Strong technical problem-solving and systems thinking, with the ability to work across
• Experience supporting or leading complex technology implementations, enhancements, or platform
