Senior Legal Counsel

📋 Description

• Serve as a key business partner and advisor to Enterprise leadership and stakeholders
• Advise on, negotiate and draft complex corporate and commercial agreements, balancing legal risk
• Drive legal workstreams supporting Mammoth Labs and Finance on strategic transactions, investments
• Advise on technology, data privacy, cybersecurity and AI-related matters, including commercial
• Advise the People team on employment-related legal matters
• Develop and maintain company policies and procedures

• Strong judgment and the ability to provide risk-calibrated, business-focused legal advice in a
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate issues and address 'over-the-horizon' risks that could impact
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and foster a culture of collaboration and
• Clear and effective communicator, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into
• Role model for company culture and norms, including ownership and constructive partnership with the
• Bachelor's degree and J.D.; admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
