Senior Legal Counsel

📋 Description

• Advise legal, security, product and commercial teams on data protection matters in SaaS contracts
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Finance, Systems/IT to maintain contract lifecycle management
• Deliver internal training on topics like contracts, privacy, data protection, marketing and
• Contribute to legal monitoring and analysis on commercial, privacy, AI, and cybersecurity
• Oversee occasional litigation-related queries with internal stakeholders and outside counsel

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. or LL.B., in good standing with a relevant Bar Association
• 5 years of experience in a top-tier/tech law firm or in-house in a fast-growing tech company
• Working knowledge of data protection and privacy laws (EU and US)
• Admitted to practice in the U.S.
