📋 Description

• Leading the Legal, Advocacy and Governance function across Australia and New Zealand
• Advising the General Manager and Leadership Team on strategy, growth opportunities, transformation
• Supporting the integration and continued development of the ANZ cluster
• Overseeing legal and compliance frameworks, investigations, litigation, regulatory matters and

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years' experience in senior legal leadership roles within complex multinational organisations
• Proven expertise leading legal, compliance, ethics and risk management activities across multiple
• Strong track record advising executive leadership teams including sales and marketing teams and
• Experience managing complex cross-border matters, including regulatory engagement, investigations
• Exceptional ability to translate complex legal and regulatory issues into practical, commercially
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across diverse functions, cultures and
