Senior Legal Counsel

📋 Description

• Getting deals done – support complex and strategic transactions for data centre procurement and
• Partner directly with the Chief Legal Officer, executive leadership and other senior stakeholders
• Advise on the legal and commercial structure of strategic partnerships involving cloud, networking
• Lead negotiations with sophisticated counterparties, including global technology companies, cloud
• Advise on technology, data, privacy, intellectual property, cybersecurity and regulatory issues
• Support the CLO and work closely with legal team leaders on special projects and strategic

🎯 Requirements

• Significant post-qualification experience as a lawyer (between 7-10 years), ideally in-house in a
• Admission and good standing in at least one US jurisdiction
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, high-value or strategically important commercial
• Strong technology transactions experience
• Experience working directly with C-suite executives and senior business leaders
• Exceptional commercial judgement
